Last week we looked at Paul’s instruction to train in godliness. Now, toward the end of the letter, he gets even more specific in identifying what we tend to pursue when not pursuing the life God has offered. Few things are as full of false hope as money. Letting go, in generosity, frees us to “take hold of the life that is truly life.”
